To set up an office usage account is simple.
- A copy of your professional license or certification
- A copy of a valid drivers license or passport.
- A deposit of $150 in cash or check made payable to The Center for Optimal Performance
How it works:
- When you are ready to reserve the space for your usage, send a text to (646) 256-6155 stating office preference and date/time requested.
- You will then soon get a text confirming availability and you will be asked if you want to finalize the reservation.
- After your response you will then get a confirmation. The usage fee will then be deducted from your account and you will get a message stating the balance.
- You may reserve as early as weeks in advance and as late as the day before. Note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. There is a $5 fee for any cancellation prior to 24 hours and no refund within the 24 hour period prior to the reservation. There is no guarantee of office availability unless there is a reservation.
- You will be asked to replenish your account when it reaches a $50 balance.
- You will be refunded the balance if you cancel your account.
- Hours of availability are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm.
